I began practicing yoga with Pam Fenton in 1998 and instructing in 2001. I have studied with several influential teachers such as Sean Corne, Saul David Raye, Jonny Kest, Amrit Desai and Lilias Folan.
As a two-time breast cancer survivor, my journey and healing have brought a deeper understanding of the human body and how yoga helps rehabilitate and keep one centered during times of pain or illness.
